Clicking “Redeem” on the voucher itself or within your Groupon account does not redeem the voucher for shipment. You must redeem your voucher on our Redemption page by submitting your code to us. If you have multiple voucher purchases, you must redeem each one, one at a time (you can redeem multiple vouchers on one order).
My voucher says redeemed, but I haven't received anything.
