If you wish to cancel your order, please keep in mind that orders are typically processed for shipment immediately after the order is processed. We may be able to stop shipment if your item has not left our facility yet. Please contact us as quickly as possible if you would like to stop your order. Refunds/exchanges can only be performed for Sonic-FX™ Toothbrushes that have not been opened. If you received an item or an item has already shipped to you, the product must be returned with an official Return Merchandise Authorization, or "RMA". The RMA is good for 30 days. After 30 days from the date on the RMA we will consider your return to be void. To obtain an RMA, please contact Sonic-FX™ directly by clicking here or visiting http://support.sonicfxtoothbrush.com. Please provide a reason for the return, a photo of what you've received, and your original order number. You will receive a response to your request within 1–3 business days.
